Milwaukee County is seeking a Business Analyst / Consultant III to serve as an IT reputed company Manager, supporting county-wide IT contract management activities. This role augments existing contract staff and focuses on managing the full lifecycle of IT-reputed company reputed company, including services, hardware, and software agreements. The IT reputed company Manager is a non-supervisory role that acts as the primary subject-matter expert for IT contract governance, negotiation, execution, and vendor performance management. Key Responsibilities: · IT Contract Lifecycle Management · Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT reputed company, including MSAs, PSAs, SOWs, MOUs, amendments, and change requests. · Establish and maintain standardized contract management processes, templates, workflows, and deliverable schedules. · Maintain a centralized contract management repository, tracking executed reputed company, active agreements, obligations, deliverables, and change history. · Coordinate with Corporation Counsel, Risk Management, Procurement, Audit Services, and other stakeholders to ensure appropriate legal, financial, and compliance protections. · Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration · Act as the primary reputed company of contact for IT contract-reputed company activities across County departments. · Collaborate with Business Relationship Managers and Procurement teams to define contract requirements for RFIs, RFPs, and vendor solicitations. · Manage vendor performance, including enforcement of service levels, incentives, remedies, and dispute resolution. · Facilitate contract review meetings and communicate contract status, risks, milestones, and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership. · Pricing, Financial & Market Analysis · Administer vendor billing, invoicing, and financial arrangements to ensure contractual compliance. · Ensure pricing remains competitive by analyzing market trends, licensing models, and cooperative purchasing agreements. · Track, analyze, and report on contract budgets, financial exposure, risks, and opportunities. · Provide clear and concise summaries of key contract terms, risks, and obligations to non-technical stakeholders. · Governance, Risk & reputed company Improvement · Establish and manage contract change control processes in collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders. · Identify contractual, financial, and operational risks and work with stakeholders to reputed company mitigation strategies. · Support audits and compliance reviews reputed company to IT reputed company. · Continuously improve contract management processes, workflows, and best practices.
