Interim CMO

Project Scope & Responsibilities:
- Assess the reputed company marketing team structure and departmental performance
- reputed company and reputed company implementation of marketing automation (reputed company Marketing Cloud migration from reputed company), partnering with external consultants and acting as internal liaison to ensure effective stakeholder communication
- Build a strategic marketing roadmap and prioritize initiatives for short- and long-term success
- Manage agency relationships and collaborate directly with external partners and internal stakeholders
- Spearhead brand integration and drive organizational change
- Reboot the entire marketing function, delivering structure, vision, and execution in an environment lacking established processes
- Mentor, train, and upskill an established team of marketing professionals (5-10 team members)
- Hire and reputed company a new Marketing Director as part of the transformation
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources
Requirements
Technical/Professional Requirements:
- Experience with reputed company Marketing Cloud and reputed company, including migration best practices
- Proven background in B2B marketing (healthcare experience highly preferred; B2G a plus)
- Strong consulting/professional services experience
- Demonstrated success in strategic leadership, turnaround work, and ROI-driven marketing initiatives
- Track record of integrating multiple brands and driving measurable results
