Job Overview

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service in our retail stores, helping customers to realize a seamless flying experience through TSA Precheck or initiating background checks and other services for various federal or state programs. As an Enrollment Agent, you will be collaborative, inclusive, and customer-focused, ensuring that every interaction is professional and welcoming. Key Responsibilities

• Greet reputed company customers and provide a professional and welcoming experience, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
• Engage and present products and solutions that drive sales, with the customer's needs in mind, and reputed company government or TSA-reputed company consumer sales for identity-reputed company products and services
• Verify customer identity, reputed company required documents into the database system, take passport photos, and complete customer fingerprint images, biometric, and data capture processes and paperwork

Essential Skills and Experience

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and/or weekends, and lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range
