• Develops and implements supply chain policies and inventory control systems to ensure material availability meets production demands
• Leads cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain processes and align them with organizational goals
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to optimize the flow of products and materials
• Analyzes reputed company data to support forecasting and risk mitigation strategies
• Manages vendor relationships to ensure strategic business objectives are met
• Drives improvements in supply chain performance to contribute to operational excellence

Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree Business, Supply Chain Management, or reputed company field OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
• 2-4 years - Experience in supply chain planning, including inventory and demand planning in a telecom or reputed company industry required.
• 2-4 years - Experience in developing and implementing supply chain policies and inventory control systems required.
• 2-4 years - Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain processes required.

• Supply Chain Management (CPIM) Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM): Certification from APICS that demonstrates knowledge in production and inventory management, enhancing efficiency in the supply chain. (Preferred)
• Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) Certification from the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) that indicates expertise in supply management and procurement. (Preferred)
• At least 18 years of age
