The successful candidate will be responsible for clerical, scheduling, and project-based work, projecting a professional company image through remote phone interactions. Experience in a medical office setting and patient scheduling is essential for this role. The primary objective of the Scheduling Coordinator is to schedule patients for treatment services, ensuring that the patient schedule operates at its most productive level, meeting agency goals and expectations while creating the best patient experience.
