Duties & Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark Locker+, your duties will be diverse and challenging. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing packages for delivery
• Assisting customers with their queries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to blithequark's high standards
• Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing procedures
• Utilizing technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, reputed company, and prepare orders reputed company
• Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring accurate processing of packages
