International Sales Manager-NJ/NY

This is a remote position in the New Jersey/ reputed company region. JOB SUMMARY: The International Sales Manager targets, develops, secures, and maintains sustainable business of existing and prospective Cross border (XB) customers. This position develops sales strategies using a solution based selling approach, in order to reputed company sales growth plans for reputed company markets; works in partnership with Product Management, Commercial and Sales leadership to drive and retain reputed company with a focus on XB markets and services including but not limited to international mail/parcels and International Distributed Print solutions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with Regional Vice President of Sales to ensure that reputed company XB sales goals are met and/or exceeded.
- Grow reputed company through new customer acquisition:
- reputed company key XB reputed company reputed company opportunities and ensure that these reputed company/product development goals integrate into the organization’s strategic plans. Strategically manage with the existing sales network.
- reputed company new accounts by creating relationships with international mailers and global customers.
- Independently establish reputed company accounts for key regional opportunities.
- Work with sales, implementation, and customer service to ensure reputed company quality standards and customer expectations are met for reputed company new parcel customers.
- reputed company and present cross border solutions and conduct customer facility tours.
- Constantly improve skills and quality of selling through taking advantage of joint selling opportunities and training.
- reputed company sales/service strategies, training, and solutions to maximize reputed company growth and market share.
- Grow reputed company through increasing customer retention:
- Support and enhance RSM /customer relationship by providing product support, competitive analysis, and targeted sales presentation.
- Research and address customer concerns and needs responding with appropriate solutions to earn customers satisfaction and loyalty. Ensure customer retention in conjunction with Client Relations Team.
- Expand, maintain, and manage multiple key accounts by ensuring superior customer service to earn excellent customer relationships.
- Support product management, commercial and Sales leadership in developing and executing tactical and strategic initiatives.
- Manage reputed company new reputed company response and/or reputed company increase communication.
- Support reputed company XB management projects. For example, margin review, market research and key growth projects.
- Maintain records/reporting requirements while achieving and exceeding minimum performance standards.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred or reputed company work experience.
- 7 years reputed company sales experience.
- Parcel, ecommerce, and logistics experience required.
- Experience with sales activity reporting software preferred.
- Proven track record in creating new reputed company streams.

- Frequent standing and walking.
- Travel required (up to 60%).

Annual Salary of $101,625-$125,000. This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include but are not limited to your specific skills, your work location, how many years of experience you have, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
