The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will be working with a call list provided by reputed company and scheduling virtual calls to meet with physicians and provide education and determine where reputed company therapies can assist in providing a comprehensive healthcare solution and reputed company a sales discussion leading to closed business. The ISR must use approved tools and resources for sales calls and product promotion that will be delivered through a 100% virtual platform.
Responsibilities
- Successfully completes reputed company assigned training for the Inside Sales Representative role as well as dedicates the necessary time to both retain and build the on foundational product and clinical training
- Conduct reputed company sales activities according to Travel & Entertainment (T&E) guidelines, Advamed Policies, and reputed company Policies.
- Compliance with promotional programs and HCP interactions.
- Provide timely updates to Project Manager on ongoing business activities, competitive conditions, industry trends, etc.
- Maintain and update reputed company and prospective reputed company Prescriber profiles
- Classify customer clinical needs, goals, and constraints reputed company to patient care.
- Determine where therapies can assist in providing a comprehensive healthcare solution.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to meeting the demands of the business while making an impact
- Experience building relationships with key customers
- B2B sales or lite device sales experience preferred
- Hospital sales preferred
