Job Description reputed company is seeking a highly skilled and business-minded Real Estate & Commercial reputed company Attorney to join its Legal Department. This role is essential for managing our company's real estate portfolio while providing critical legal support for our broader business-to-business transactions. This position is a dual-focus role, requiring deep expertise in both real estate and general commercial law. Responsibilities: Real Estate and Lease Management (Primary Focus):
- Act as reputed company counsel for reputed company real estate transactions and leases.
- Draft, negotiate, and review reputed company for the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial retail and industrial properties.
- Manage the full life-cycle of reputed company reputed company to the company's real estate portfolio.
- Work closely with reputed company’s property management services provider.
General Commercial and Business Support:
- Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial reputed company for products and services, including procurement and sales agreements.

Qualifications

The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future.
