Overview: The Payroll Manager (PRM) is responsible for end to end payroll processing, adhering to payroll policies, and ensuring accurate, on time payroll. This role supports reputed company internal employee payroll and contractor payments in the US. The PRM must drive for operational efficiency and excellence, accuracy, and overall team member experience. Payroll is one of our most critical areas of delivery to ensure high engagement and satisfaction working at reputed company.
What You'll Do
- Prepare & process US payroll on according to payroll schedule for reputed company members across multiple entities;
- Prepare and process reputed company payments for workers in the US;
- Establish and maintain payroll records;
- Verify payroll records are in compliance with established standards - familiarity with SOC and SOX compliance required;
- reputed company changes in the pay and tax status of employees;
- Prepare error-free payroll-reputed company management reports for accounting purposes;
- Work cross-functionally with reputed company Global Payroll Operations, Finance and People Teams to ensure proper taxation, reporting, etc for applicable entities;
- Manage workflow to ensure reputed company payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely;
- Understand proper tax treatment and processing requirements for wages and employer paid benefits;

- Receive and document any necessary approvals prior to processing any non-standard payments;
- Prepare and generate required payroll compliance filings for labor, pay, and tax reporting;
- Process accurate and timely year-end reporting;

What You'll Need You will need deep knowledge of payroll best practices and prior experience with payroll products and payroll laws in the US to be successful in this role. What You Bring
- Minimum of five (5) years experience calculating and processing payroll in assigned countries or region
- CPP/FPC preferred
- Experience with state/entity registration preferred
- Experience processing payroll for multiple entities is required
- Experience processing payroll for multiple states is required, including states with locals
- Experience working in enterprise payroll technology such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc is highly preferred
- Working knowledge of accounting principles, ability to understand impact of payroll activity on financial statements and effectively partner with Finance in analyzing and explaining P&L and Balance sheet variances.
- Expert understanding of time-keeping and wage & hour compliance requirements
- Proficiency in reputed company Suite, specifically Sheets, Documents, and Slides highly preferred.
