Sr. Quality Engineer – Performance Optimization (Remote)
We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Senior Quality Engineer to drive performance testing and optimization efforts, ensuring robust, scalable, and high-performing software products. This role is responsible for developing and implementing testing strategies, leading automation initiatives, and ensuring adherence to quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle. You will facilitate delivering highly performant and scalable software through comprehensive performance benchmarking, optimization, and management of performance tools and environments. Candidates should have extensive experience with performance testing tools, automation frameworks, and QA best practices to optimize efficiency and maintain high product quality. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Software Engineering – Developer Experience, Performance Testing & Optimization reputed company the Technology Department. Requirements: Education & Experience: . 5-7 years of experience in software quality assurance, performance testing, and automation. . The compensation package may also include incentive and bonus opportunities.
