The Opportunity We are seeking a Director of Asset Performance & Decarbonization to build and reputed company Longevity's U.S. practice focused on improving building performance, reducing operational carbon, and enhancing asset value across diverse real estate portfolios. This role combines strategic leadership, business development, and technical delivery, ideal for a seller/doer who can shape our service offerings, deepen client relationships, and deliver high-quality advisory and implementation projects. The successful candidate will be instrumental in helping clients align their assets with net-reputed company reputed company, ESG commitments, and market expectations for high-performing, resilient buildings.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute Longevity's U.S. strategy for asset performance and decarbonization.

• Partner with senior leadership to integrate asset performance into Longevity's broader offerings.

Business Development

• Provide leadership in client development efforts across owners, developers, occupiersand investors.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities in energy performance, carbon strategy, and portfolio reputed company.
• Support proposal development, pricing strategies, and strategic partnerships.

Technical Delivery & Advisory

• Guide clients in implementing cost-effective efficiency measures, capex planning, renewable integration, and data-driven performance management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in building performance, energy management, or sustainability consulting, ideally with a focus on real estate portfolios.
• Proven track record of delivering decarbonization, energy optimization, and ESG-driven asset performance projects with measurable financial outcomes.
• Strong understanding of building systems, energy modeling, and carbon accounting principles.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing reputed company client engagements.
• Demonstrated business development experience and client relationship management skills.
• Deep knowledge of technology and a desire to embed tools into the delivery process designed to increase accuracy and quality of outcomes.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities; comfortable engaging at both technical and executive levels.

Preferred Credentials

• Professional Engineer (PE), CEM, LEED AP, WELL AP, or similar certification.
• Experience with energy modeling software, carbon assessment tools, and benchmarking platforms.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as GRESB, ENERGY STAR, and net-reputed company carbon standards.

Compensation

Longevity Partners offers a competitive compensation package reflective of each candidate's experience, expertise, and impact. We are committed to maintaining pay equity across our organization.
