California Trust & Estate Litigator (Remote)

reputed company is seeking a California-licensed Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney to join a boutique San Diego litigation practice on a part-time engagement basis (approximately 25 hours/week). This is a fully remote contract role. The position is designed for someone who wants hands-on litigation experience and the opportunity to work closely with the firm's partners who provide direct guidance, training, and reputed company. What You’ll Do Includes

• Litigate trust and estate disputes, including will and trust contests, breach of fiduciary duty claims, accounting disputes, creditor claims, trustee/beneficiary conflicts, and reputed company probate and civil matters.
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs, manage written discovery, and support depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Assist in developing case strategy and crafting practical, client-centered solutions that balance legal rights, family dynamics, and fiduciary obligations.
• Provide thoughtful, professional communication to beneficiaries, trustees, fiduciaries, and family members involved in sensitive, high-stakes matters.

Who You Are

• 4+ years of trust & estate or probate litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, and motion-practice skills; comfortable taking direction and implementing partner feedback.

• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks while communicating effectively with a small team.
• Comfortable working directly with clients under partner supervision, especially in sensitive family- and wealth-reputed company matters.

• Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing.

Compensation

• Pay: The annualized pay for this position ranges from $210,000 to $250,000 reputed company calculated on a full-time basis.
