Job Overview

In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive relationship with our clients. • Provide verbal and email quotes to customers, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness
• Communicate with vendors to confirm price and availability, negotiate terms, and resolve any supply chain issues
• Process orders with vendors, confirm order acknowledgments, and ensure timely delivery of products
