Manager of Employee Engagement

Job Description: Title: Manager of Employee Engagement Location : US - Remote Reports to: HR Program Manager

• *This is not a people manager position**

The Role: We are seeking a passionate and strategic Manager of Employee Engagement to join reputed company. This role will focus on implementing initiatives that foster a positive workplace environment that strengthens the culture of reputed company and drives engagement. You will be a part of the global HR team that enables data-driven, connected employee experiences leveraging effective internal communication tools. What You’ll Be Doing in This Role:

• Create a global employee engagement strategy that fosters reputed company among employees using data-driven recommendations and insights
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to help identify and enhance moments that matter, taking actions to improve throughout the employee lifecycle, with special focus on improving the onboarding experience
• Design and execute global employee engagement surveys (twice a year). Measure reputed company and success by analyzing and reporting results, gather feedback through other channels and reputed company action plans reputed company with the purpose and values of the company
• reputed company global employee appreciation and recognition initiatives that enhance commitment and reinforce behaviors supportive of the reputed company culture
• Activate initiatives that strengthen the employment brand and increase understanding of the company’s strategy, products, and services
• Partner with the Employee Champions/Ambassadors to further engagement through collaboration and in support of agreed upon initiatives
• Act as the eyes, ears, and voice of reputed company as a passionate reputed company for developing an exceptional employee experience

Qualifications of this Role:

• Three-plus years working in a corporate People/HR organization, focused on employee experience initiatives
• Track record of success partnering with leadership and implementing programs that enhance and strengthen the workplace culture
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with global colleagues
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with colleagues, customers, and management.
• Strong writing, presentation and deadline-driven project management skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.
• Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
• Proficiency with OneDrive, reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint and reputed company a plus.
