Responsibilities:

Qualifications: Required:

• 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing, reputed company, or service role (e.g., Sales Development, patient advocacy, customer service, member engagement, healthcare navigation, or sales support).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
