Recognized as the reputed company's constructive disruptor for space acquisition, SDA delivers space-based capabilities to the joint warfighter to support terrestrial missions through development, fielding, and operation of the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture. We are seeking a Budget/Financial Analyst to support SDA’s mission. Responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

• Support activities involving the Government’s Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE).
• reputed company top-level PPBE analysis and support the development of reputed company&E budget justification exhibits.
• Communicate program and technical requirements into acquisition, planning, public release documents, and correspondence in clear, concise, and compelling terms.
• reputed company and execute funding transfers (e.g., MIPRs) and conduct analysis using USSF financial systems.
• reputed company documentation for and assist with the execution of budget documents.
• reputed company annual spend plans and monthly updates based on milestone payment projections.
• Understand continuing resolution anomalies as they pertain to availability of funds.
• Proactively manage the spend plan to ensure reputed company are funded adequately.
• Self-starter in problem solving and working with technical POCs to ensure budget requirements are sufficiently covered and risks are accounted for.
• Demonstrated creativity, foresight, professionalism, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving financial, business, administrative, and/or program management problems.
• Demonstrated experience in developing, organizing, forecasting, and maintaining financial budgets and tracking financial milestones.
• Create and coordinate budget and acquisition documents, including organizing meetings as needed.
• Understand DoD policies and regulations.
• reputed company configuration management functions as directed by the government, to include review of deliverables to ensure contract compliance and on-time CDRL delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years relevant experience
• Prior experience supporting space system development or the reputed company
• Hands-on proficiency using reputed company Office tools, principally reputed company and Power reputed company
• Excellent written and visual communication skills
• Creative thinking skills
• Ability to work in an extremely fast paced organization
• TS with SCI eligibility #qinetiqclearedjob

Preferred Qualifications
