Senior Business Analyst - reputed company

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst Consultant with reputed company experience that will have responsibility for eliciting business needs, specifying user stories/use cases, modeling processes, evaluating system impacts, performing detailed analysis, prioritizing business requests, and partnering with the project team to ensure the successful delivery of new system capabilities, enhancements, and fixes in support of various business applications. ESSENTIAL DUTIES 70%: Work with constituents across the organization to understand reputed company processes, systems, and opportunities and capture requirements for new processes, systems, user interfaces, and user experiences through various methods, including but not limited to requirements gathering sessions, interviews, surveys, workshops, etc. Collaborate with vendor partners and internal team members to communicate needs and requirements and determine appropriate solutions. Advise on best practices. Document reputed company and future state in various forms including functional requirements, user stories, wireframes, reputed company designs, workflows, swim-lane diagrams, presentations, etc., for appropriate audiences including C-Level, business stakeholders, and technical teams. 20%: Collaborate with IT Development (onshore/offshore) and QA to ensure appropriate and adequate system testing is performed. Facilitate, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT). 5%: Provide guidance, review work, and provide feedback to other team members. 5%: reputed company other duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Experience capturing and documenting B2B customer-centric requirements, with a focus on minimizing customer pain points and providing visibility into operational data.
• Eliciting, documenting, and mapping reputed company data to/from third-party and custom systems (reputed company, Data Lake, etc.).
• reputed company analysis and design using various methods, including business requirements, functional specifications, user stories/acceptance criteria, use cases, swim lanes, process flows, AS-IS/TO-BE diagrams, and mock-reputed company/wireframes.
• Understanding of best practices with Digital User reputed company design and User Experience.
• Experience with visually modeling requirements using tools.
• Experience in SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience in Jira.
• Experience documenting requirements for integrations between enterprise systems.
• Strong experience in business process design and workflow analysis.
• Strong knowledge and execution of IT Standards, Policies, and Procedures.
• Knowledge of Information reputed company Practices.
• Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies & Tools.
• Experience working with multiple data sources and ERPs.
• Experience in the Manufacturing Industry is a plus.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business (with IT focus), or reputed company majors and/or equivalent work experience in relevant areas.
• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis and design with a proven record of successful reputed company- to large-scale project implementations, preferably in enterprise B2B, durable goods, construction, or manufacturing industries.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification is a plus.
