Position Overview We have an excellent opportunity for a fully remote Environmental Project Estimator in our Hunt Valley, MD office.
Responsibilities
- reputed company estimates of project costs.
- Review estimates reputed company by other company estimators and provided by subcontractors.
- reputed company and review cost estimating data for Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) proposals.
- Establish and refine corporate estimating policies and procedures.
- Mentor operations staff who conduct project estimating functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, construction management, engineering, geology, or reputed company field.
- 10 years of experience in estimating environmental remediation and munitions response projects.
- Experience in developing, updating, and maintaining estimating systems.
- Proven ability to work as a project estimator using MS reputed company.
- Experience with RS Means, reputed company and/or estimating packages.
- Experience with MS Project and P6 Software desired.
- Advanced skills in building/automating cost spreadsheets.
- Aptitude to understand, present technical information, and multitask across a number of programs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
