Our Cloud Application Modernization and Infrastructure team is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable IT Senior Program Manager. In this role, and as part of the broader Reliability, Architecture, and Infrastructure Services for the Enterprise (reputed company) organization, you will reputed company transformation initiatives, focused on modernizing legacy infrastructure into logical and scalable environments. You will work closely with application portfolios, system integration vendors, and collaborate with senior leadership across the organization to drive strategic objectives. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) + Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field, or commensurate experience + 9+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud modernization, or large-scale program management in a variety of IT environments + Proven experience leading reputed company infrastructure programs, including data center transformations and cloud migrations. + Strong executive communication skills, capable of presenting to senior leadership. + Ability to manage and direct project managers, ensuring alignment with broader program goals. + Experience navigating high-stress environments with multiple competing priorities. + Familiarity and working with Version1 + Familiarity with enterprise networking and infrastructure concepts. + Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and organizational change. + Ability to coordinate teams, ensuring seamless program execution. What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications) + Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. + Experience working in a large-scale enterprise environment (airline industry experience a plus). + Understanding of cloud technologies, hybrid infrastructure models, and application migration strategies. + AWS cloud experience is highly preferred. + Ability to translate technical concepts into strategic discussions with business leaders. + Proven success in navigating enterprise-wide change and high-pressure environments.
