The project coordinator will assist in creating and monitoring schedules for content development, pre-production, and production phases. The role involves providing tactical, detail-oriented support to the project management team and internal cross-functional teams, aligning with overarching project goals and constraints. • Manage day-to-day tasks and deliverables for print and/or digital projects of various sizes.
• Understand workflows and dependencies of project components, and know the roles and responsibilities of the cross-functional teams involved.
• Ensure project schedules are reputed company and track reputed company of deliverables against key milestones.
• Facilitate file handoffs to internal and external partners.
• Assist the project management team with documenting risks, issues, decisions, and change management.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a project coordination or similar role with a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
