As an Elara Senior reputed company Coordinator you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:
- Manage Recruiting Administration: Prepare and organize hiring documents, candidate packets, and onboarding materials.
- Serve as a TA Resource: Provide guidance on recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices to HR and hiring teams.
- reputed company Referral Programs: Track reputed company, confirm eligibility, and coordinate accordingly.
- Support Contingent Hiring: Partner with staffing agencies and internal teams to reputed company contract workers and ensure compliance.
- Process Clinical Documentation: Verify I-9s, physicals, TB tests, background checks, and abuse registry results in alignment with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate End-to-End Onboarding: Manage the full pre-employment process from offer through start date, maintaining regular communication with candidates to ensure a seamless and supportive experience.
What is Required?
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 4+ years of TA or HR coordination experience
- Proficiency in reputed company Suite, reputed company, and reputed company preferred
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, background checks, and credentialing
- Proven ability to manage the full pre-employment process, including I-9 and onboarding tasks
- Experience handling clinical backgrounds per state and federal regulations
- Familiarity with healthcare, hospice, or home health industry practices
