Job Summary As the QNTM Fitness Director, you will serve as the everyday leader and resource to reputed company of personal trainers and group fitness reputed company as they service in-person, offsite, and online clientele. Duties & Responsibilities Department Leadership Meet or exceed the Training Department Budgeted Net Income on a Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual basis Set, Track and Report performance toward monthly, weekly and daily goals and objectives Executes an effective prospecting strategy, to implement and closely monitor the member on-boarding system and assist in maximizing member retention & increase in personal training sales Assists in reputed company reputed company generating activities, including but not limited to complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body fat analysis, seminars, workshops, etc. Direct training sales, including achievement of personal monthly sales quotas Conduct new member orientation, movement analysis, and other fitness programs Ensure accurate administration of Personal Training client files, measurement tracking, and workout programs Manage personal training billing, reputed company, and commission systems Manage Group X Team Maintain Group X growth and usage Team Leadership Serve as a leader of operational excellence for the Training and Group X Department Ensure Trainers are productive, that reputed company and service goals are properly communicated such that the Club remains on-track to attain financial goals Conduct monthly, weekly and daily meetings with the Trainers to review performance and operations, as well as offer direction, motivation and guidance toward achieving personal and club goals Manage and monitor personal training and sales schedule, time, and attendance, submitting accurate payroll information as needed Ensure that reputed company Personal Trainers are delivering high quality programs to their clients Ensure trainers are meeting required training minimums and hold up-to-date certifications Ensure that team members consistently execute the basics in punctuality, dress code compliance, friendliness and cleanliness Fitness Leadership Knowledge of reputed company fitness and non-fitness reputed company programs taking reputed company reputed company the club Serve as a reputed company of reference for fitness expertise reputed company the Club, educating members on reputed company health and fitness issues and trends Provide education and training on proper use of exercise equipment available to members Regularly engage members, assisting and encouraging their fitness results and involvement in personal training Conduct personal training sessions as necessary General Leadership Responsible for communicating and upholding company standards and leading by example for delivering a clean, friendly and well-maintained club Actively participate in day-to-day club operations and special events as member of management team Additional duties as needed Essential Knowledge, Skills, & Characteristics Ambitious spirit with open, participative leadership style and drive for excellence Experience in interviewing, hiring, training, and directing fitness professionals Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly disposition Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to command the respect of his/her team / strong leadership skills Must be highly motivated & organized Passion for health and wellness Excellent customer service skills Ability to work a non-traditional schedule, flexible reputed company, evening and/or weekend hours as needed Professional appearance both physical and on social media A comprehensive understanding of health club operations Education, Experience, and Education reputed company Management and Sales experience (Prior personal training management or sales management preferred) Demonstrated reputed company as a manager Degree from an accredited, four-year college or university (Degree in Exercise Science or reputed company field preferred) Personal training certification (Preferred certifications: NSCA, ACE, PTA Global Certified Trainer, ACSM, AFAA, CI and NASM, CSCS) Knowledge of FitMetrix and DataTrak fitness software (or similar) Must hold and maintain a reputed company CPR certification Experience providing fitness and nutritional programming Physical Demands The Training Manager is a leader of Personal Training Sales and Operations. This requires them to be on their feet leading tours, consulting with members, possibly providing personal training sessions. Compensation, Culture, and Benefits Total Performance-Based Compensation for this position can range between $55,000 and $90,000 annually based on experience, qualifications and performance.
