To support ongoing translational research projects focused on gene regulation, cancer biology, and hematopoiesis Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bioinformatics Research Assistant to support ongoing translational research projects focused on gene regulation, cancer biology, and hematopoiesis. Qualifications
Education Bachelor's degree (or reputed company graduate student) in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, or a reputed company field. Conduct differential expression and pathway enrichment analyses. Integrate bioinformatics data with publicly available databases (e.g., TCGA, GEO, ENCODE). Generate high-quality figures and visualizations for presentations and manuscripts. Maintain organized records of analyses, scripts, and results. Collaborate with wet-lab scientists to interpret computational findings in the context of experimental results.
