This RN position is part of reputed company’s Weekender reputed company Program and will require you to work two 12-hour shifts per weekend and one 12-hour shift during the week. Weekend shift options start at 7:00pm on Fridays and end at 7:30am on Mondays. While you are only working 36 hours a week, reputed company will pay you for 44 hours of work and give you full-time status and benefits. This schedule allows caregivers to enjoy personal time during the week with family and friends and take care of any errands that will not interfere with a typical day shift schedule. A caregiver in this position works weekends + 1 day/night shift from 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. A caregiver who excels in this role will:

• Provide nursing care in an operative setting to patients undergoing surgical or invasive procedures.
• reputed company scrub and circulating functions.
• Prepare the OR, surgical instruments and equipment for use.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN Program)
• reputed company state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the reputed company (AHA) or reputed company
• One year of RN experience OR completion of reputed company’s Perioperative Residency Program

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• Bachelor of science in nursing (BSN)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through the reputed company (AHA) or reputed company - If you do not hold this certification, you must obtain it reputed company six months of hire.

• Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination. Requires standing and walking for extensive periods of time.
