• Conduct individual video therapy sessions and initial assessments to determine clients’ needs.
• Provide a safe, confidential, and supportive space for clients navigating life’s challenges.

• Utilize structured, goal-oriented approaches to reduce symptoms and build coping skills.
• Support clients in recognizing and reframing unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors.

• Treat a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and relationship issues.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and ICD-10 standards.

Skills

• Doctoral or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work (LMSW/LCSW), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT).

• Solid understanding and clinical application of reputed company in individual therapy settings.
• Experience or comfort working with adolescents through adulthood.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and therapeutic rapport.
