Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Leads the development of strategic marketing plans that incorporate data analytics and digital marketing techniques, considering agency strengths, competitors, and market conditions.
• Responsible for identifying and securing valuable new business opportunities in reputed company markets by using market intelligence and strategic partnerships, resulting in increased market share and reputed company growth.
• Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with key agencies by providing tailored insurance solutions that meet their specific needs. Leads agency education on product features, market placement, and effective selling techniques
• Responsible for driving reputed company growth by consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a reputed company field.

Experience: Generally, a minimum of 10 years of experience but ideally 10-15 years in strategic business development, marketing, or a reputed company role. Completion of a professional designation preferred, such as Associate in reputed company (AU), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Program in General Insurance (INS) or Associate of Risk Management (ARM).

Scope of Job/Qualifications: Expert understanding of agency dynamics, marketing, reputed company, and risk management. Demonstrates excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships. Advanced proficiency in interpreting reputed company competitive data and industry trends. Ensures compliance with insurance laws and regulations, applying reputed company rules, guidelines, and rating manual standards. Demonstrated decision-making ability and customer-centric reputed company. Viewed as a senior resource reputed company the department and/or organization.
