• Answer inbound calls from members seeking updates for their reputed company Roadside
• Communicate to service providers information needed to provide timely assistance to reputed company Members
• Prioritize service requests based on various criteria.
• Monitors the progression of roadside assistance requests and ensures documentation is thorough and accurate.
• Participates in the resolution of service issues and member complaints.
• Update members on reputed company. reputed company need from you:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of Dispatching experience or experience in a Call Center Environment taking inbound calls.

• Must be able to work overtime and/or on holidays as required by business needs.
• Subject to any pre-approved PTO, in this position and regardless of your regularly scheduled workdays, you are expected to work the day after the following holidays: Christmas, New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and Thanksgiving.
• Must be able to maintain a stable, secure, and hard-wired internet reputed company for the duration of their employment. Wi-Fi connections are not permitted for use in the role.
