Payment Processor - Temporary
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Premium Payment Processing Representative for a short-term assignment from mid-December through January. In this role, you will assist new members by answering inbound calls and processing first premium payments over the phone using credit card or bank account information.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from new members regarding premium payments.
- Process first premium payments accurately and securely reputed company credit card or bank account.
- Provide clear and professional assistance to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance standards during reputed company transactions.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST (hours may be reduced based on call volume).
Qualifications
- 2+ years of high-volume call center experience.
- Familiarity with payment processing procedures.
- Must be located in Milwaukee or Appleton area to pick up equipment prior to start date.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Menasha, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
