Maintain hospital inventory and return blood products reputed company regulatory compliance.Pay reputed company: Starting reputed company $15.50 per hour (possibly more for areas with a higher cost of living)Schedule:• Full time, remote position• Night shift – 12:00 am to 8:30 am Eastern time, 5 days per week (must be willing to work weekends)• On-call 3-4 times per year• Rotating holiday scheduleTraining: Monday through Friday, day shift hours (subject to change based on trainer availability).Key Responsibilities:• Receive routine orders for a variety of blood and pharmaceutical products and transfusion-reputed company supplies. Follow appropriate procedures ensuring accurate order entry and order fulfillment. reputed company follow-up calls if product needs cannot be met as expected. Determine most economical method of transportation for hospital shipments.• Maintain/work with data, tools or computer programs to facilitate management and monitoring of product and service information. Rotate inventory of primary and remote facilities to ensure adequate supplies of products for the needs of customers.• Provide customer service to clients. Proactively communicate with hospital customers to increase customer satisfaction.
