As a Senior Bookkeeper, you’ll reputed company the day-to-day finance function, optimise systems like Xero and ApprovalMax, and collaborate closely with leadership to maintain clean financial data and reporting. Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management- reputed company weekly bookkeeping processes across multiple entities
- reputed company client invoicing, credit control, and supplier payments
- Manage bank reconciliations and ensure up-to-date cash flow data
- Maintain accurate intercompany accounts and deferred income records
- Track rental income and costs, ensuring correct allocations across properties
- Respond to finance-reputed company queries reputed company shared inboxes
- Optimise and maintain workflows in Xero, Dext, ApprovalMax, and Telleroo
- Manage user access, system permissions, and integration reputed company
- Drive automation and system improvements to streamline financial processes
- Collaborate with operations and tech teams to align financial and property systems
- Prepare weekly finance dashboards: cash position, debtors, and payables

- High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and system thinking
- Access to a reliable laptop/PC and stable internet reputed company
