Your Role

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to requests about installation, disconnection, or changes to service

  • Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and utilizing knowledge of blithequark's products and services to effectively service and retain customers
  • Identify customer needs and proactively offer our products and services to meet monthly sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues
  • Respond to requests from customers about blithequark products and services
  • Verify service order accuracy and completeness and reputed company corrections/changes as needed
  • Negotiate the collection of overdue bills
  • Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business
  • Manage various systems and work tools while engaging on the phone with customers
