Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Counsel, you will be responsible for:

• Providing strategic legal counsel and guidance to business leaders and the board on a wide range of reputed company issues, including intellectual property, data analytics, digital products, and regulatory compliance.
• Developing and implementing business strategies that drive growth and minimize risk, including negotiating reputed company, managing intellectual property portfolios, and advising on data analytics and digital product development.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business, product, marketing, and technology, to reputed company and implement innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments, including changes in intellectual property law, data analytics, and digital product development.
• Providing training and guidance to other team members on intellectual property, data analytics, and digital product development.

Essential Qualifications

* Juris Doctorate from a licensed graduate school and at least 5 years of post-bar lawyer experience in a mix of law firm and corporate settings.

• Required licensure to practice law in at least one state.
• Required Illinois bar enrollment or active bar participation in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experience using time management skills, including prioritizing, organizing, and following details and meeting deadlines of various tasks with changing completion dates.
• At least 5 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.
• At least 5 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, and/or cross-functional team leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where prioritization and ability to work independently are essential for success.

• Experience with contract negotiation, intellectual property portfolio management, and data analytics and digital product development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
