The Opportunity

• Provide operational project leadership, analytical support, and research services.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and practice management individuals to codesign innovative programs, from concept to delivery; analyze the impact and success of these programs.
• Subject matter expert in practice line operations and process improvement to help identify gaps for various programs and implement best practice.

Required Experience and Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, Business, Finance, or reputed company field required.

We are excited to share the reputed company salary range for this position is $95,590-$121,875, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible to participate in our annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program, which is based on the company’s annual performance.
