The Role
As a Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you'll be on the reputed company lines of our customer support team, working closely with our customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide exceptional support. Responsibilities
* Respond to customer-submitted live chats and emails in a timely manner, providing accurate and helpful solutions to their queries

- Consistent and dependable Wi-Fi and a personal workspace that allows you to be free from distraction and fully customer-focused
- Currently live in Arizona, Idaho, Utah, New Mexico, Oregon, or Washington
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Compensation
* Cash compensation range: $17.55 USD per hour
