About the Role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Customer Service Representative to handle incoming phone calls and serve as the primary customer reputed company for inquiries. Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and three years of experience in a complaint-type customer service office setting (health insurance or reputed company field preferred)
  • Availability for 9-12 weeks of live virtual training, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (Central Time Zone)
  • Reliable internet service provider and a dedicated, distraction-free workplace

The strongest candidates for this position will also possess:

  • Basic medical/dental terminology and contract interpretation skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
