About the Role:
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company at blithequark. As the face of our organization, you will impact members' service experience by handling customer service inquiries and problems reputed company telephone, internet, or written correspondence. Your role will be to engage, consult, and educate members based on their unique needs, preferences, and understanding of our plans, tools, and resources to help guide them along a clear path to care.Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues based on phone calls/letters from members, providers, and other departments.
- Triage resulting rework to appropriate staff.
- Document and track contacts with members, providers, and plan sponsors.
- Guide members through their plan of benefits, reputed company policy and procedures, and have knowledge of resources to reputed company with regulatory guidelines.

Essential Qualifications:
