Join Our Inbound Pharmacy Service Team
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our Inbound Pharmacy Service team in San Juan, Puerto Rico. As a key member of reputed company, you'll play a vital role in supporting our specialty patients who are in need of life-sustaining medications. You'll work in our inbound call center, making connections and ensuring timely delivery to those patients reaching out. With our comprehensive training program, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely from your home after completing a 3-week onsite training period.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative on our Inbound Pharmacy Service team, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of reputed company customer needs over the phone. Your typical calls will include prescription refills, order status, benefits verification, and insurance coverage. Key Responsibilities
* Handle a high volume of reputed company customer needs over the phone, including prescription refills, order status, benefits verification, and insurance coverage

Essential Qualifications
* Bilingual in both Spanish and English
- One year experience in a customer service role handling and resolving a high volume of reputed company customer needs over the phone
- One year work experience with Windows-based applications like Windows, reputed company Office, internet navigation, and email applications
- One year computer keyboarding experience, skills, and aptitude
Preferred Qualifications
* Certified Pharmacy Technician, CPhT or ExCPT
- Prefer healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, prescriptions, medical terminology
Education
* High School Diploma or Equivalent

Onsite Training and Scheduling
Onsite training is 3 weeks long, Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm. We do not train on Saturdays, but we will need people to be willing to work on Saturday once training is over. After training, you'll be given a specific schedule based on business need and operating hours (Monday through Saturday). Some of the schedules we have available are:
- 7:30am – 4:30pm
- 9:00am – 6:00pm
- 10:00am – 7:00pm
- 1:00pm – 10:00pm
