Your Role as a Customer Experience Advisor
As a Customer Experience Advisor at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering nothing-but-wonderful customer service to our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service reputed company email and live chat, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and memorable
- Learning our internal management system to reputed company process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
- Utilizing internal communication software to interact with your teammates, management, and other departments
- Identifying and resolving customer pain points and trends, providing innovative solutions to optimize their experience

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to:
- Attend a virtual two-week onboarding reputed company reputed company Meet video calls (reputed company Meet can be accessed through any web browser, but works best with reputed company Chrome)
- Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise (i.e., home office) in which you'll fulfill your shifts
- Be able to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
- Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
- Have a reliable high-speed internet reputed company with access to your router (a laptop and reputed company necessary equipment will be provided)
- Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

While not required, experience in customer service and working from home are highly valued.
