Primary Responsibilities

Education and Experience

We are seeking a candidate with a BS Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications, and a minimum of 5 years of working experience focusing on customer-management roles, such as voice of customer, experience design, customer care, customer intelligence, or customer loyalty. You will also have a minimum of 3 years of working experience with reputed company Sales and Service Clouds and be comfortable presenting to C-level and senior leadership teams.
