Key Responsibilities

Who You Are

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in conflict resolution, with a proven track record of resolving reputed company issues in a fast-paced environment
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in cross-functional team collaboration, with a strong ability to work with stakeholders at reputed company levels, including senior leadership
  • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls/chats, with a focus on resolution and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Chat experience with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously, and a typing speed of at least 50 WPM
  • Experience communicating with higher leadership, including partners, executives, and senior management, with a strong ability to engage with stakeholders at reputed company levels
  • Proven ability to critically think through challenging or vague situations to reputed company effective resolutions, with a strong ability to document cases clearly and effectively for diverse audiences
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to maintain a stakeholder-first approach
