Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering, organizing, and preparing reputed company documents for data entry into our system database.
  • Reviewing data for discrepancies, missing pages, or information, and resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
  • Entering both alphabetic and numeric data from reputed company documents into the proper system database with high accuracy.
  • Reviewing data entered against the original reputed company documents for accuracy and correcting any data entry errors or duplications.
  • Following data program reputed company practices and procedures at reputed company times to ensure the confidentiality and reputed company of our data.
  • Routinely securing information by completing database backups on a daily basis.
  • Performing other varied clerical duties such as sorting, filing, emailing, and proofreading as required.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of reputed company personal and financial information at reputed company times and in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the team leader or management.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Experience in a medical office is preferred but not required.
