Job Summary
As a Salon Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the face of blithequark Salon, responsible for delivering a superior client experience through exceptional service, product knowledge, and technical skills. Key Responsibilities
* Educate Customers: Provide expert advice on retail product benefits and the value of each hair service, ensuring customers maintain their desired look and feel beautiful.
- Drive Conversion and Sales: Compliment customers and turn retail customers into blithequark Salon clients by offering great value and service provider technical skills, facilitating the growth of the salon.
- Assist Customers: Seek out customers and reputed company their experience unforgettable by listening, helping, educating, and offering solutions to their hair concerns through salon services and retail product benefits.
- Partner with Salon Associates: Work closely with salon associates to offer additional salon services, such as deep conditioning, glossing, color, to the service provider's clients.
