Key Responsibilities

As a part-time Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at reputed company times
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and providing professional customer support
  • Processing customer orders and payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Encouraging customers to purchase additional products and services
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

Essential Qualifications & Education Requirements

  • 6 months to 1-year customer service experience (Call Center or Phone Customer Service preferred)
  • Order processing experience is required
  • High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
  • Comfortable using computers and navigating software applications
