Responsibilities

As a Remote WFH Full Time Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining a Positive and Professional Attitude: Deliver exceptional customer experiences by maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding Promptly to Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to resolve their issues.
• Communicating Effectively: Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media, to provide support and resolve issues.
• Resolving Customer Complaints: Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the outcome.
• Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of blithequark's products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
• Order Processing: Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Collaboration: Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless support and resolution of customer issues.
• Process Improvement: Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to help improve our services.
• Team Leadership: Manage a team of junior customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Calm Under Pressure: The ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers.
• Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using computers and navigating various software applications.
• Customer Service Experience: Experience working in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote support environment.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
