About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Technical Program Manager to join our TPM organization. As a TPM, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives that enhance our engineering and platform capabilities, which fuel our growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, design, marketing, analytics, and data science, to deliver high-impact programs on time and reputed company scope. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth engineering operations, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of operational excellence through reputed company improvement.
You’ll report directly to the VP of Technical Program Management and work closely with other senior leaders and stakeholders to understand our roadmaps, priorities, and architecture, facilitating alignment. Partner with engineering teams to evaluate architectural decisions, technical designs, and effort estimates collaboratively, fostering a shared understanding and optimal solutions.

You Have:
Have a minimum of 8+ years in technical program management, preferably in a growth-focused engineering environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a reputed company field.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, reputed company technical programs.
Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in agile, scrum, and lean development.
Ability to dive deep into technical details and understand reputed company systems to drive effective decision-making.
Strong understanding of engineering operations, including process optimization and best practices.
Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
