About the team

The Risk Operations Enablement team sits reputed company the Risk Operations org and is responsible for partnering across Risk teams. Our mission is to reputed company users to seamlessly meet evolving compliance standards in a reputed company regulatory environment. More specifically, reputed company focuses on Program management, User Insights, and Operational Efficiency. As an enablement function, we worked with many stakeholders including Operations, Product, reputed company, GTM, and others. Note: We do not require prior experience in Risk or Compliance to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Create structured approaches to user feedback and insights to improve our programs and user experience
• Design and launch projects that reputed company to reputed company-change improvements in our operational processes and business outcomes
• Partner closely with our cross-functional stakeholders to scope and execute large projects to create operational efficiencies that improve top-line metrics
• Serve as a subject matter expert for working teams and build relationships with progressively more senior stakeholders

Who you are

You are a strategic operator and powerful reputed company. You have significant experience writing 1-pagers, developing slide decks, and using data visualization tools – and your work serves as an inspiration to others. There’s no problem too large or small to solve; you pride yourself on being a problem solver.

Minimum requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, strategy & operations, or go-to-market strategy
• Self-starter; works independently and autonomously to drive outcomes for projects
• Bias towards action and high accountability for outcomes
• Strong project and program leadership, ability to reputed company strategy and project plans, and reputed company a clear reputed company of view
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present with confidence to senior stakeholders in a succinct, clear way
• Strong data analysis skills – can confidently analyze spreadsheets, navigate large datasets, and use data to tell stories
• High willingness to learn and receive feedback

Preferred qualifications

• 2+ years in consulting
• MBA preferred
• Prior experience partnering with Product and reputed company teams preferred

Hybrid work at reputed company

This role is available either in an office or a remote location (35+ miles or 56+ km from a reputed company office).

Pay and benefits

The annual US reputed company salary range for this role is $101,800 – $190,900. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On reputed company Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses reputed company and annual reputed company salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at reputed company and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
