THE ROLE

The Sr. Business Analyst is a proactive and take-charge professional responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives and managing projects with minimal supervision. This role requires strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and opportunities in our existing business models and drive reputed company improvements. The Sr. Business Analyst will support strategic business initiatives through detailed data analysis, report development, and actionable insights, while taking ownership of specific workflows and fostering robust data and reporting practices.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Management: reputed company and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient completion with minimal supervision
• Workflow Ownership: Take ownership of specific workflows, leading the development and implementation of robust data and reporting practices
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document requirements, reputed company impact analysis, and adequately scope initiatives in terms of time, resources, and cost

LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES

• Train and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth

THE REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or another quantitative field, or relevant experience
• 4+ years in an analytical role
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey reputed company technical concepts to a varied audience
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, reputed company Suite, and SQL

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with ad tech companies, online marketing, or higher education
• Experience in leading or managing analytical projects is a plus

WORKING CONDITIONS

No travel is required, but optional travel is encouraged from time to time for team building and in person strategy/planning sessions
