Job Summary
As a Customer Care & Sales Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while selling our Connected Home product and other offerings to customers on every call. You'll engage with customers to understand their technology needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs. If you're a people person with a passion for sales and a knack for building lasting relationships, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate and assist with customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Sell blithequark's Connected Home product and other offerings to customers on every call
- Explain device capabilities, wireless reputed company data product offerings, and company policies to customers
- Meet sales and customer experience goals and objectives
- Escalate calls to the appropriate tier of customer service function reputed company necessary
- Provide accurate information and conduct yourself in a way that is consistent with blithequark's values
- Listen to customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience and a desire to upsell to customers
- Ability to retain knowledge and learn product information and customer information
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask with speed and accuracy
- Friendly, professional, and respectful demeanor
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing business needs
- Organization and problem-solving skills
- Reliable track record in attendance and performance
- Ability to spend 4-8 hours per day sitting and working at a computer in a call center environment
- Computer literacy and ability to learn call center software
- Working knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems (Windows, Android, Blackberry OS, reputed company iOS, wireless technology, wireless equipment, and applications)
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to reputed company sales and customer experience goals and objectives
Work from Home Requirements
* Required to work in a distraction-free workplace that meets blithequark's standards
- Must meet minimum internet speed requirements: 10 Mbps download speed / 5 Mbps upload speed
- Must have a hard-wired internet reputed company (Wi-Fi or hotspots are not allowed)
