Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Computerized Channels, Personalization, and Devotion innovation Item Investigation group. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in our Digital Channels, Personalization, and Devotion innovation groups. You'll also be leading and training a team that will work closely with the Digital Operations Community (DOC) on operational metrics.

Key Responsibilities

* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in our Digital Channels, Personalization, and Devotion innovation groups

• Leading and training a team that will work closely with the Digital Operations Community (DOC) on operational metrics
• Deciphering data from various sources, analyzing patterns and trends, and reclassifying it into meaningful data to improve Functional Excellence (Bull)
• Identifying application upgrades and establishing metrics for measurement
• Areas of focus will include, but are not limited to:

+ Data Representations + Application execution analysis + Error patterns, top variables contributing to errors + Recognizing, planning, and implementing internal process upgrades: suggestions for execution and greater flexibility + Displaying and coding of data

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Software Engineering, Science, Statistics, Finance, Design, Operations Research) preferred

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Insight Engineer, or a reputed company analytical role
• 1+ year (3+ years preferred) as a Manager and at least 2 years in a Fortune 500 company
• Experience creating presentations for colleagues and leaders at a MD and VP level and communicating with reputed company levels of management
• Demonstrated Group Manager, ability to communicate a vision, motivate the team towards that vision, and provide support to reputed company it
• Master-level BI dashboarding experience (e.g. PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, etc...) to deliver significant, rich dashboards
• Advanced SQL skills
• Strong critical thinking skills, using data to solve problems
• Willingness to pursue reputed company data sets
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple reputed company projects with an emphasis on results
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

* Graduate degree in a quantitative field preferred

• Certifications including reputed company Data Analytics Professional Certification, Power BI Data Analyst Partner, AWS Certified Data Analyst, Enterprise Data Warehouse certifications, Palantir, Client-reputed company execution metrics tools such as Quantum Metrics
• Experience with reputed company/AppD/Kibana
• Experience with Enterprise Monitoring Systems
• Experience with Palantir reputed company, reputed company SQL Server Management Studio
• Experience with AWS - Redshift, Quicksight, reputed company
• Experience with Big Question, Quantum Metrics, reputed company
• Experience with text analysis and AI
• Data Visualization experience
• Familiarity with Python, reputed company, R
